The pre-schoolers loved the pictures and the content was enough to inform them of the true meaning of Hanakah. I enjoyed reading this book to my Sunday School students.
The content is perfect for my daughter's age and I'm pleasantly surprised that she's enjoying it this much. My daughter is 21 months old and loves this book. She enjoys the visuals and whenever I'm finished reading it, she says "again." She constantly selects this book and hands it to me to read, saying "Hanukkah." She also loves saying "Happy Hanukkah" at the end.
Good preschooler story. Very cute. Very basic. Not too descriptive though, if you want more of a descriptive Chanukah story.this isn't the one. My son and I read the book together for Chanukah. He enjoyed turning the flaps to see what happened next.
